Owner
James is a dedicated professional in social services with a background in social work. He has served in various capacities, from a dedicated DSP to social worker at both county and local levels. In 2013, he founded OCS with a firm belief in the power of teamwork.
Chief Executive Officer
Rose is responsible for the overall success of OCS. She is a powerful force and uses her positive energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She believes that there are no mistakes, only lessons.
Chief Operations Officer
Graduated with a BS in Communication and Sociology in 2012. Professional experience in human services and work in all levels from DSP to Executive. Anna can’t wait to see what we can create together in the future.
Chief People Officer
Graduated from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a BS in Communication and minor in Psychology. Graduated from Capella University with MA in Human Resources. Liz is excited to assist everyone who comes to work for OCS.
Director of Services
Graduated in Human Services and Social Work. Her professional journey has been enriched by her service in the US Army, where she specialized in logistics. Her experience ranges from DSP to Executive.
